SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well and put in a large casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour, stirring a couple of times during baking. Remove cover, spoon accumulated fat off the top of casserole. Return to oven and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
