SAUSAGE & WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain & wild rice (cooked & set aside)
1 lb. bulk sausage, brown & drain
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together. Spoon in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
