SWEDISH MEATBALLS I 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. onion, minced
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in 1/4 cup hot fat or vegetable oil. Remove meatballs and make gravy. Return meatballs to gravy; cook 15 to 20 minutes.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

Meatball Gravy:

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream

Stir the flour, paprika, salt and pepper into hot fat in the skillet. Stir in the boiling water and sour cream.
