SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
6 chicken breast, boned and skinned 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced 1 can cream mushroom soup 1 can cream chicken soup 3/4 c. seasoned stuffing mix Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13 glass pan. Put cheese over chicken, then mushrooms. Combine soups and mix well. Spread over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing over top. Bake 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
