CREAM CHEESE PIE 
Pie:

2 large pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 graham cracker pie crust

Topping:

1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon

Cream all pie ingredients together and put in graham cracker crust.

Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.

Mix all topping ingredients while pie is baking. Cool pie for 20 minutes and then pour topping over pie.

Bake additional 10 minutes. Cool in refrigerator overnight.
