3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. light cream
2 c. fresh, mashed strawberries, undrained
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. whipping cream

Blend cream cheese, sugar and light cream in small bowl. Spread evenly in a 9 inch baked pie shell (graham cracker crust may be used). In saucepan, combine strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, salt and cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick and clear. Pour over cream cheese in pie shell. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and whole strawberries.
