MEXICAN SALAD 
1/2 lg. head of lettuce, shredded
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced (optional)
1 can Rotel
1 can ranch-style beans
1 pkg. Doritos, taco or rio salsa flavor
3/4 jar French salad dressing

Mix lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and avocado in large bowl. Brown meat, add Rotel and beans; simmer down until thick (or drain once heated through).

Pour chips and dressing on salad mixture; toss. Pour meat mixture on salad; mix and serve immediately. (This dish does not keep well in refrigerator; lettuce goes limp.)
