WYBORNY KLOPS (POLISH) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 grated onion
1 tbsp. butter
Sour cream

Mix together ground beef, ground pork, eggs, salt and pepper. Brown grated onion in butter in frying pan. Roll meat into large piece and coat with flour. Place in buttered pan with onion. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. After baking, put several spoons of sour cream into pan with drippings to make a better tasting gravy!
