NO - FUSS CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped corn
1 1/2 c. peanuts (opt.)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place popped corn and peanuts in large brown paper bag. Set aside. Place brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 2 quart glass bowl or casserole. Microwave on high (100% power) 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture boils. Microwave 2 minutes more. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour syrup mixture over popped corn and peanuts in bag. Shake well. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Shake well. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes more. Pour popcorn into large roasting pan to cool. Break apart.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
