WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. dry cake mix
1 pkg. instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. dry sherry wine
4 eggs
Optional:
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour large Bundt pan. Combine all ingredients and beat on high for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Invert on plate immediately and sift powdered sugar on top. Tip: Freezes well.

Chocolate cake and pudding do not mix well with wine. Good combos are spice and butterscotch, strawberry and strawberry, lemon and lemon, cherry and vanilla, etc.

Gallo very dry cocktail sherry is the best.
