WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. sherry wine

Beat 4 eggs well. Add cake mix and instant pudding mix. Add nutmeg, oil, and wine. Beat for 7 minutes. bake in ungreased tube pan 45 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. After cooling and removing from pan, sprinkle with powdered confectioner's sugar.
