SHERRY WINE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. wine

Mix above ingredients until batter is smooth. Use a tube or bundt pan (10 inch). Grease and flour. Pour half of batter in pan, sprinkle with nut and cinnamon mixture. Pour balance of batter in pan and nut mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

NUT MIXTURE:

1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar

Mix good for above cake. NOTE: Port wine can be used also.
