SHERRY WINE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 lg. regular vanilla pudding 1 c. oil 3/4 c. sherry wine 5 eggs 1 tsp. nutmeg Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. This cake tastes like Christmas, but can be enjoyed all year. Ruth drizzles a light frosting on top. |
