HOT SPICED FRUIT 
1 lb. can peach halves
1 lb. can pear halves
1 lb. can pineapple cubes
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. butter
1 stick cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. sherry

Drain fruit. Reserve 1 1/2 cups liquid (mostly pineapple juice). Combine marmalade, butter, spices and liquid. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Add fruit. Simmer 20 minutes. Add 1/2 cup sherry. Good with ham dinner.
