INDIAN FRIED BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water or milk
Cooking oil

Mix flour, salt and baking powder together. Add milk or water and stir to make a soft dough. Turn onto a well floured board and pat down to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into squares with a slot in the middle. Fry in deep hot fat like doughnuts. Good with honey, butter or jams.
