INDIAN FRIED BREAD 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. powdered milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water

Knead all ingredients for 3 minutes. Make into balls and let set for 1/2 hour. Roll out and fry in more hot oil. Top with hamburger, cheese, lettuce, etc. Makes 6.
