PRUNE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 junior size jar (7 3/4 oz.) baby food prunes with tapioca
Pecans, chopped

Mix sugar and oil; beat in eggs one at a time. Blend together; stir in jar of prunes and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes in greased tube or bundt pan.
