SPANISH CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up or chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Parsley

In skillet place 1 (3 pound) cut up chicken or breasts (skinned), 1 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes, 1 green pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes and parsley. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. If too much liquid, remove lid and let evaporate.
