PUMPKIN SOUFFLE | |
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients in order given. Pour into well buttered baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees; let cool 15 minutes. Marshmallows can be melted to cover. |
