4 c. sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Marshmallows

Boil sweet potatoes and peel. Beat potatoes, eggs, sugar and melted butter. Add milk and vanilla. Beat well. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add marshmallows and then brown. (Raisins or nuts can be added.)
