BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. (12 blintzes) Cheese Blintzes (Milady or Golden brand in freezer case)
1 pt. sour cream
4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 - 1/2 c. orange juice

Grease pan (pan should be large enough to hold 12 blitzes flat with some space between each).

Mix in bowl sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and orange juice. Pour over blintzes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until top turns a little brown. Do not cover. Serve warm.
