BLINTZE SOUFFLE | |
2 pkgs. (6 each) frozen blintzes (1 cheese & 1 fruit, if desired) 1/4 lb. melted butter 4 eggs, well beaten 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Roll frozen blintzes in melted butter. Arrange in baking dish, use Pyrex pan, 13 x 9 inches. Add sugar to beaten eggs, beat again. Combine all ingredients and pour over blintzes. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve immediately. |
