BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
12 frozen cheese blintzes (in frozen food section, 6 to pkg.)
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 c. orange juice

Melt butter in oven in 9 x 12 inch pan. Put frozen blintzes in pan. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla, then add sour cream. When will blended, pour over blintzes, bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve at once.

(Can squeeze 14 blintzes into pan so if you buy 3 packages you will have 4 left over that can be eaten as indicated on box.)
