FOOL PROOF DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
Dash of salt
1/2-1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8" or 9" square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Microwave Directions: In 1 quart glass pan, measure, combine chips with milk. Cook on 100% power (High) 3 minutes. Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Proceed as above.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
