FIRE AND ICE 
6 tomatoes, quartered
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 lg. cucumber, sliced

DRESSING:

3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Boil ingredients for the dressing for 1 minute. Cool. Combine vegetables and pour dressing over. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours.
