FIRE CRACKER DISH | |
2 lbs. ground chuck, brown and drain Season to taste with chili pepper and garlic salt, etc. Spread in 9 x 12 inch dish. Place 6 corn tortillas on top, lap them over each other. Put 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese on top of tortillas. Put 1 can ranch style beans on next. 1 can Rotel tomatoes next. Next add 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. |
