RUTA MOUSSE 
10 lg. potatoes
2 lg. rutabagas
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and half potatoes. Peel and quarter rutas. Boil separately until soft. Drain and mash up or whip until fluffy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

My Swedish grandmother always made this by boiling a leftover hambone with potatoes, rutabagas, carrots and sometimes parsnips all together in a big pot. Mashed everything together and add leftover ham and lots of butter. So so so good.
