3-4 med. cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. light brown sugar
Dash salt
1/2 c. orange juice

Peel and slice sweet potatoes and place in serving casserole. In saucepan, heat remaining ingredients until thickened, pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
