2 med. sweet potatoes, cook & slice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. paprika
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. plain whole milk yogurt
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice

While potatoes are cooking: just before they are done. In a heavy saucepan melt butter and saute onions until tender. Stir in dill weed, paprika, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt, parsley and lemon juice. Heat. Gently add to cooked sweet potatoes, toss lightly.
