6 med. sweet potatoes or yams, cooked
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Place sweet potatoes in baking pan and cover with the sauce which has been cooked until thick. Bake, covered for 20 minutes and bake 15 minutes more uncovered in 375 degree oven.
