POTATOES WITH LEMON SAUCE 
12 sm. new potatoes, unpeeled & sliced
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. caper juice
2 tbsp. chopped capers
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cover potatoes with water, and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes. Arrange slices on platter and keep warm.

Saute onion in butter until tender. Reduce heat. Stir in lemon juice, caper juice, capers and parsley, salt and pepper. Cook just until mixture is heated. Pour sauce over potatoes.
