SUPER MOIST PINEAPPLE CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. 10X sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Cake: Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan or dish. Pour batter into pan and bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing: Soften cream cheese and butter. Blend all ingredients. Pour over the cake as soon as it is removed from oven.
