FRANGO MINT PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. peppermint
1 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 chocolate graham cracker crust
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings, optional

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, peppermint, chocolate and one egg. Beat on high with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Add the other egg and beat 5 minutes longer until smooth and creamy. Pour into chocolate graham cracker crust pie shell and chill. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. Serve with whipped cream.
