HOLIDAY MINT PIE | |
1 c. crushed Keebler grasshopper fudge mint cookies 3 tbsp. hot water 1 ready made graham cracker crust 3 oz. cream cheese 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. mint extract 8 oz. Cool Whip 6 to 10 drops green food coloring Mix cookies and hot water. Spread in bottom of crust. Beat cream cheese. Add sugar, milk and extract gradually. Fold in whip topping and divide in half and stir food coloring in 1/2 until evenly colored. Alternate spoonfuls of white and green mixture into pie crust. Chill 3 hours. Decorate with cinnamon candies and mint leaves. |
