1 lb. ground beef or turkey 1 lb. sage sausage (hot) 1 brick Mexican Velveeta cheese (mild) 2 lg. cans Hormel chili (with or without beans) 4 oz. chunky salsa, hot (Frito-Lay or Chi Chi's works best) Fresh or dehydrated onions (if desired) Red pepper to taste Brown and drain meat. Mix meat and rest of ingredients in a crock pot or on the stove top and heat until uniformly melted and enjoy. |
