CHICKEN BALLS 
10 oz. chunked chicken
1 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Corn flake crumbs

Mix together all but corn flake crumbs. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in crumbs. Arrange in baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or deep fry 5 minutes at 375 degrees.
