1 box cake mix, any variety
1 can ready spread frosting
Cupcake liners
Suggested decorations:
M & M's, gumdrops, vanilla wafers, 2 inch chocolate chips cookies, red or black licorice whips

Follow cake mix directions for cupcakes. Cool, frost with 2 tablespoons frostings.

Simple critter faces are a mouse, cat, bear, raccoon.

To make ears use 2 small cookies and stick into frosting. To make a nose use a cookie, gum drop, jelly bean, etc. To make eyes use small candies. To make a mouth use small pieces of licorice whips.
