KRAUT-SWISS-RYE CASSEROLE 
1 large can sauerkraut
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 lb. grated swiss cheese
10 slices rye bread-crumbled
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together kraut, onion and sour cream. Place mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Spread the swiss cheese over the mixture and top it with the crumbled rye bread. Pour the melted butter over the casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
