KATY'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
STEP 1:
4 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup plus 1 can water
1 1/2 to 2 c. tomato juice
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. pepper
1-2 celery stalks, sliced
1 tsp. basil

STEP 2:
3 cloves garlic
1 med. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 pork chops, cubed

STEP 3:
1 lg. can tomato paste

Combine all ingredients in Step 1. Let boil and take foam off once. In frying pan, combine all ingredients in Step 2; fry until beef is done. Take out garlic; drain and add to tomato mixture. Put garlic back in fry pan; fry pork chunks. Discard garlic; add pork to sauce along with the large can of tomato paste. Simmer 15-30 minutes. Freezes well. Makes a lot!
