KATY'S SPECIAL MEAT BALLS | |
1 egg 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 med. onion, diced 2 med. potatoes, raw and shredded 1 tsp. seasoned salt 3/4 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup Mix all ingredients except soup and water well and form into medium sized balls. Brown in frying pan. Place meatballs in casserole, covering with the soup and water which has been mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: Recipe doubles well and can freeze for later. Great for potlucks as it's "meat and potatoes." |
