KATIE MULLET CAKE 
BATTER:

1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
Whites of 2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pure lemon flavoring

FILLING:

1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Yolks of 2 eggs
Any flavoring

BATTER: Mix like any other cake.

FILLING: Put half of milk and butter on stove and bring to a boil. Mix in other bowl half of leftover milk, sugar and cornstarch. Then the yolks, beat well again. Then rest of milk and flavoring. Pour slowly in the boiled milk mixture. Delicious when still warm!
