HOLIDAY CINNAMON WALNUTS 
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. light corn syrup
3 c. walnut halves

Combine sugar, tartar, water, cinnamon, and syrup. Cook to firm ball (246 degrees). Add nuts; stir until coated. Separate on wax paper.
