WALNUT CINNAMON POUND CAKE 
4 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Royal
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cinnamon
1/2 c. Bacardi
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix the butter and the sugar then add the 6 egg yolks, then the flour cup by cup. Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon royal and 1/2 cup of milk. Grease the pan.

Pour in a layer of batter. Mix the bacardi, the sugar, the cinnamon and the chopped walnuts and pour a layer on to the batter, then pour another layer of batter to that. Put in the oven and let bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
