TUNA COTTAGE 
1 can chunky tuna (7 oz.)
1 sweet pickle
1/2 c. cottage cheese
Crackers or celery sticks

1. Open the can of tuna (first read the last recipe in this section). Put the tuna in the medium bowl.

2. Cut the pickle into tiny pieces with scissors. Put the pieces in the bowl.

3. Put the cottage cheese in the bowl with the tuna and pickle. Mix.

4. Wash the celery in cold water. Cut off the leaves.

5. Put some Tuna Cottage on the celery sticks or crackers.

Keep left over Tuna Cottage in the refrigerator. Enough for 4.
