OVERNIGHT EGGS 
6 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar is best)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. Smokey Sausage links

Brown the sausage and cut into bite sized pieces. Put bread cubes over the bottom of 9x12 pan.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over bread. Add sausage and cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
