PASTA LA PASSION 
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless & cut into strips
1 1/2 c. broccoli florets, cut up sm.
3/4 c. fresh tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add chicken until cooked. Add broccoli, saute together. Add tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, pepper flakes. then add wine, broth and butter. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta and toss together. May add Parmesan cheese to flavor. Works well using wok to cook in.
