MEAT MARINADE 
1/2 c. Burgundy or Claret
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. vinegar

Marinate 2 hours at least.
