THICK FRITTER BATTER 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. oil

Blend dry ingredients; mix eggs, milk, and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Form patties and cook in frying pan with oil until brown on both sides. (Add chopped onion or potato if desired.)
