BAKED PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
Pork chops
1 can French onion soup
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
Flour and little mustard

Smear a dab of mustard over each pork chop. Dip in flour. Pepper and salt to taste. Brown in small amount of fat on both sides and put in small roaster. Pour soups over top. Bake at 300-325 degrees for about 2 hours. Check to see when tender.

Quicker method and good too. Brown chops. Pour cream of mushroom soup. Maybe a dab of water. Cook same.
