RICE WITH ORZO 
1/2 stick butter
2 handfuls orzo
1 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® converted)
6 cubes chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water
2 c. boiling water

Melt butter in large skillet. Add orzo, saute until light brown. Add rice (uncooked), bouillon and boiling water. Simmer (covered) for 20 minutes.

Orzo is small rice-shaped pasta. Usually available in grocery stores.
